Notes:

* Filipino Type A refers to High School Graduate applicants
* Filipino Type B refers to applicants who are College graduate/Associate Degree (2 years)/those completed Nursing Aide/Caregiver courses
* Salaries mentioned above for New Maid/Ex-Abroad Maid are inclusive of 1 off day. These categories of maids are mostly able to accept 'No Off day"; arrangement for additional salary (normally S$20/-)
* Please refer to the Customer Service officer for the salary and placement fees of Indonesian FDWs, as they varies and are dependent on the Suppliers in their home country
* The Placement fees & Salary mentioned above may change from time to time, please check with the Customer Service Officer for the lastest figures.

The Service Fee covers the following:

1. Registration and overseas recruitment fee.

2. Application of Work Permit and other documentation.

3. Photograph and thumb printing for Work Permit purposes.

4. Fee for meeting services and fetching the FDW from the airport/seaport.

5. Medical examination upon arrival of FDW for Work Permit as required by Ministry of Manpower.

6. Counseling services in office during office hours.

7. Collection of work permit card at the Work Permit Service Centre.

8. Compulsory FDW Safety Awareness Course, Entry Test, transportation, lodging & meal prior to handover

� Service fees may be refundable under certain circumstances before the FDW arrives in

Singapore

, less the administrative charges as specified in Clause 5.1 of the Standard Service Agreement.

� Placement Fee paid in advance is refundable on a pro-rated basis as specified in Clause 5.3 of the Standard Service Agreement.
