To provide home service - counselling should the maids misbehaviour. To provide excellent service such as no lies on the bio-data, to be patient towards employers' complaints. To make sure the maid that they provided are in good 'conditions', meaning the maids are to have good work attitude.  To be fierce to the maids should they be sent back for transfer or strictly no allow transferring. The maids should help bear certain costs instead of the employers whom bearing the cost, suffering from the stress given by the maids. To stop servicing to those employers who has changes for more than 4 times maids.

1. Agents should try to help us find a fit if the employer is able to come up with exact role and responsibilities needed for a maid i/o of just pushing us what is available

2. No lies in the biodata and full details of ex employers. References will be welcome.

3. Be sympathetic and objective when employer/maid goes to them with a problem. To be stern when counselling maids and to be fair when treating unreasonable employers

4. Not pushing all the costs to an employer if the maid is the problem as many maids spot a loophole by asking for a transfer after creating havoc in the employer's house. The maids know that some employers will accede given the security issue.
